"We hired Graham to build a single storey extension and reposition our driveway from the back to the front of the house. From the beginning, Graham kept us informed of when he'd be on site. We were pleasantly surprised that he and his partner showed up everyday unlike some builders that work on multiple projects at once, leaving unfinished projects for weeks.
Graham and his partner were friendly (even our neighbors commented on this) but also respectful of our personal space ensuring that they tidied up after themselves and didn't leave a mess. This was really important to us as we have young children.
